taking out bad credit out of my credit report

When I was 18 years old thought it was fun to have credit cards. I didnt really care much about spending it. I let 3 credit cards go into collection also paid it off a couple of years ago. Anything I can do to get these remove out of my credit score? Its hurting my credit really bad =(. On my credit report it shows paid in full

If they are paid about the only thing you can do is ask for a GW removal of the TL.
