So I've read some posts that people got midland to delete tmobile collections due to tmobile being sued for cramming. I have a collection with midland from t mobile for a account that was open during the period that tmobile got sued for and I need help figuring out how to approach this if anybody that had success with this situation can help it would be greatly appreciated. I've tried asking in posts about this before and i pm'd the poster but haven't had any responses I would really like a sample letter that was used. This collection just caused me to not get approved for a home loan. I paid the collection already but it is still causing me issues and I've called tmobile they said they have no info for the acct any more because they sold it to midland funding. can anybody help me with this?
