tu dispute

I disputed a missaplied payment that was corrected by transunion, was a 30 day late. Tu sent me the new information showing is marked as current after the dispute .. now two weeks later it's been changed back to 30 days late? Any suggestions on this?
Thanks -android

Re: tu dispute

I would send them the updated one to show that it was already changed before.

Re: tu dispute

When you contact the CRA about a payment issue, the CRA wil just relay the info to the OC. The only decision a CRA makes is CRTP. Everything else is passed to the OC, or CA.

Chances are that the OC listing the late hasn't had enough time to fix their database, so on the inital "fix," things looked good, and an update followed, which most likely included the prior data not yet purged. Give it 60 days max, then jump on it.
