In six months, we'll have 6 60 day lates fall off.  Anybody want to take a guess now as to what the increase will be??

How old are the 60s? Are they on one TL or multiple TLs? What are your two FICO scores? Do you have any other baddies reporting?

All on same line , first six months of 2008.  646 and 653 last time I looked.

What was the date of each prior late?  What happened after each late......?

People are reluctanct to give you an estimate because having 6 -60 days lates falling at now 7 months from their date of delinquency would lead me to believe that one or more went into charge off of colllection, and are not gone.  Did you PIF each of these purported drop offs exactly at 60 days?

Well, I guess they won't actually be "gone".  Just out of the two year history that most of the mort. officers are concerned with around here.  Not gone to collections.  Just keeping up and paying on time.
