I'd say it depends on what else is on your report, but based solely on your score and what mine was at approval, you have a decent shot at it.

Hey Folks so with a TU score of 652 will I qualify for a Walmart Credit Card??? Please Help
To best help you we would need to know more about your credit profile
Baddies,INQ's,AAoA, current cards. While your scores are within reach scores are not always the only element of an approval.

I got a pre-qualified mailer from Wal-Mart and I'm at a 635. I was approved for $600.
My TU had 3 public records, 1 unpaid c/o from 2006 and 2 collection accounts at the time they did the soft pull. When I applied though, I had 3 PR's, the unpaid c/o and 1 unpaid collection.
I think as long as the negs are old, you'll be okay.

Actually I have a Paid Charged Off and I haven't been late since on a payment since June of last year...
How many INQ;s in the last year?
GE is a great company and a walmart card will grow rather quickly but they can be starnge at times with approvals.
