what to do?

i was a authrized user not a joint account on citi cc. i sent a letter to the 3 cra asking them to remove that was a month ago. should i wait to send it again?? or are they wating to hear from citi?

Has Citi removed you as an authorized user on the account?  If not then you probably need to contact Citi and be removed as an authorized user and request them to update the CRA's and remove the account from your reports.

Is it marked as being in dispute on your CR?

no its no being diputed. the cc was closed and it has a 9,000 bal. bad debt

They have 30-45 days from the time they get the dispute to resolve it.

 

I'd make sure the card holder contacts Citi and removes you as an AU, then I'd dispute again, either online or CM so you know when the disputes were received.
