FINALLY after a dozen phone calls, an ITS letter and actually walking into small claims to file suit this afternoon, I got a phone call of a confirmation of a tradeline delete with wfnnb!!  so...i am excited (yet apprehensive until the letter is delivered)

I agree with you, but it was a positive call and wouldn't see a reason for them to call you with-out following up. 

Great job in your pursuits to clear it up. It is paying off.
