Help With A Med Collection

I am in the same situation but my CR doesnt state anywhere that it had been disputed and verified.  What should I do next should I send another pre-hippa letter?  If not what step do I take next?

Did you opt-out with the CRAs and your current creditors you are in good standing with?

Did you update your personal info on your reports?

Is the collection paid?

Is it on all three reports?

When did the CRA(s) receive your pre-HIPAA letter?

What was the response from the CRA(s)?

Ok! Here are the next steps to take in your situation.

Since EX verified your paid collection but the CA did not provide an accurate and complete validation, send this letter to the CA.

ALTERNATIVE MED DV LETTER TO THE CA

After you receive the green card for the Alt Med DV letter to the CA, mail this follow-up dispute letter along with a copy of the green card from the ALT DV letter to EX CMRRR.

FOLLOW-UP DISPUTE LETTER (2) TO THE CRA'S

yeaaaa.  i sent the alt dv letter to the CA and before i even got the green card back to send to the CRA they deleted it.  finally some good news.  thanx fused.
