If I used a cc to pay a medical bill is it considered medical?
I didn't have insurance and to be seen and go through intake I had to charge $4400. Is that considered medical? Can I use HIPAA? Doubt it but thought I'd ask. It's the only thing on the cc and it's past SOL.
