PAID MED COLLECTIONS

I have 2 paid med collections on my CR.  DOFD was 12/02 and paid on 5/19/04, the other DOFD 06/04 and paid on 4/3/05.  Should I not worry about these now?  When will they fall off?

I have another one from a different CA and its DOFC is 03/05.  I'm thinking in IL SOL for med bills is 4 years.  Is there anything I can do about this one?
