Does anyone have a good personal loan agreement?

Going to loan a friend some money.  Friend has agreed to sign a loan agreement and have the signature notorized.

I have used the one on Rocketlawyer.com and really liked it. I think they have a free trial as well. I chose to use theirs because the agreement was state specific for legal reasons, just in case.

Thanks!  I was going to go to my attny and ask for a template, with a cap on what the attny would charge me for it.  DH freaked out and said no!

I do trust the person to pay me back, BUT I want to make sure my backside is covered.

You are totally welcome! 

I loaned money to a young family member and explained that it was 'just business'....the details that are covered in the Rocket Lawyer template were very impressive. I had no doubt that I would be repayed as well but life changes quickly lol. Having the agreement let me sleep easier at the time.  

P.S. It was a couple of years ago and he paid back everything...I'm sure your loan will go well too!
