Any neat and useful aesthitic features of cards?

i never knew there were so many cool new features to cards these days.

i LOVE my Discover and Freedom because they have colored edges and are easy to pick out of a stack in my wallet.

Any other cards with cool features like these?

Look at them under a black light

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Re: Any neat and useful aesthitic features of cards?

This is going to sound so silly, but I love the look of my US Bank Cash+ card, because it is ridiculously reflective. I can literally see my reflection in the card.

Also, my Discover card, when I hold it in the right light, gives off sort a multicolored glow, like a rainbow effect.

...I think I'm going to go sit in a corner now and reexamine my priorities.

Re: Any neat and useful aesthitic features of cards?

I was going to mention the new Cash+ design, because technically it's a blue card with a white edge, so meets OP criteria for two different colors, right? Smiley Happy

AAdvantage Aviator cards have the colored edges as well.

Ritz and JPM Palladium can be used as an ice scraper for your windshield.

I liked the semi transparent-ness of the citi prestige but they did away with that.

Re: Any neat and useful aesthitic features of cards?

The AMEX ED and EDP are clear cards, with only a reflective/chrome block in the center. I hate the design, but it is noticeable... as long as the card is not left somewhere so it becomes invisible... where is that thing now?

Citi Double Cash has a nice lime green edge.

Chase Amazon = blue with yellow edge.  I kind of wondered why "yellow" until i started easily picking from the wallet slot.

I wish they would all print on colored plastic (even multicolor to make it even easier when a fico'er has 20 cards)

I was thinking of Chase Freedom for some reason. Citi Double Cash has a blue edge.
