Lol, I saw the title "Avatar" and was like "Is this about the movie or the TV show" and it was about neither 
I think once you hit either Contributor or Established Contributor you can upload your own avatar. Don't remember which one though.
I still can't think of anything good to pick so I use this happy dinosaur lol
