Let's say I have a rewards credit card from each of Bank of America, Chase, and Huntington National Bank, and I want to open a checking account with one of them to go with their credit card.
Bank of America: 10% extra cash back if redemmed into a BoA checking account (e.g. 3% on gas becomes 3.3%)
Chase: 10% extra points once a year. (I'm not clear how this works)
Huntington: ?????
I haven't found a way to set up Auto-Pay for my Voice Credit Card statements. Is a Huntington bank account required to do so? Or is it not even possible?
So!
Let's say I can only pick 1 of these 3 banks to open a checking account with. If I have enough cash to qualify for interest-yielding accounts, which 1 should I pick? And conversely, if I don't want to store a large sum of cash and want to go for the no-fees but no-interest route, which 1 should I pick?
