Capital One....Have fun with this email. lol

My response to refinance my car:
I would never ever bank with you again. I can't even get a **bleep**ty $1000 credit line increase after 3 years from your bank. If I ask its hard pull on my credit report you say no.Its a soft. Mean while its "3"... Really FBI. I don't love you no more and you don't love me. I always paid in full and never late for the 4 year I have been with you !!!! I was fully yours, until you lost me. You don't even speak English anymore when I call to ask you a question. Stop sending me emails and letters in the mail for pre approvals. Capital One save your money on the stamp and invest in Orchard  lol Smiley Happy I rather pay the extra 5% apr to my bank for the next 3 years with great customer service then to deal with your poor customer service.

I've always appreciated the "It's not you, it's me" approach. Smiley Happy

In the bigger picture; you and Cap1 want different relationships.

I do wish companies trained representatives to say something like "Paying on time will not graduate this card or you to a higher tier. Wait a few years and apply for another product we offer or move on". People would be annoyed at hearing it but a lot of time would be saved.

+10000000000000, they need to grow a set and be up front with people and it would be a heck of alot easier on EVERYONE instead of just stringing people along for YEARS and givin cardmembers false hope....
