Capital one Custom card.....

I recently got a QS card and then asked for a custom card using a pic from their library and it was the Eiffel tower. Got it today and TBH I like the Default QS card better. The Custom one feels flimsy.The only thing I like about it is the fact the card looks like a generic card and doesn't say QS on it

Yes, the custom cards aren't really good quality. I've had a couple of them so far and I'll probably continue to play with them but you are right, they aren't the best quality

Let's not mince words; they're terrible, or at least they have been for me.
