Citi DC surprise

Just received my DC card and to my surprise it was issued as a WEMC.

Yep Most if not all DC's are sent out as Elites now

The WEMC logo is pretty, but I think that's really all anyone is getting.   Has anyone seen updated reporting (e.g., "Flexible Spending Credit Card") or had success with using WEMC benefits from these DC cards?

That's cool but does it really give you any benefits other than higher swipe fees for the merchants?

I do get Executive status with National Car which I use on a monthly basis, so yes it does. And why do we care if merchants pay higher fees? It's not like we pay them.

Congrats on the DC WEMC ! It's one of the good cards to have in one's wallet.

SunriseEarth the Citi WEMC still is a no flexible spending card. Same as the old Citi Forward Visa Signature Card that did not have flexible spending. Most of Citi's flexible spending cards are the AF Cards today. I have a Citi Dividend World Elite Master Card that still has Flexible spending and it is a dinosuar from the past.
