Credit Card Pics in Signature

Hey guys, 

 

How do you do the little credit card pictures in your sigantures with the limits under them?  I like the look a lot more than what I have right now.  Did you just make them yourselves or is there a service for that?

Took me forever to figure it out.  I am html ignorant.  But, I also learned that placing  typing "&nbsp" without the quotes in between the CC images .jpg">&nbsp<img made them look a bit cleaner.  But maybe I was the last to ever realize that.
