Online when I can, smartphone app when I'm on the move

Preferred: Online firectly from the CC's site, to save the cost of a stamp

Bill pay: from my bank to the CC (when the cc will not let me pay because there is only a temp transaction, so to get it paid ahead of time so I do not have to worry about it, I bill pay it from my bank to the cc; I only do this for JCB)

I like paying from my bank account unless I'm due that day. My fidelity account credits the bill the next day whereas my CU can take 2-4 days to post to the credit card.

+1  And well in advance before any of my upcoming trips.  Hate having to log-on into CC/bank website from any untrusted network (hotel, airport, coffee shop, etc).

Automatic PIF from my bank..it's easy and I never have to worry about it.

Bill Pay, from my bank, on one.  Automatic PIF from the others. If I want immediate credit, to make sure it reports a zero balance, I go on-line.  But I'm new to worry about report dates and cut dates.  After my new mortgage, I'll go back to total Bill Pay and automatic PIF.
