Regarding Billy

A very good independent movie. I loved it! May not be for everyone though...

A Town Like Alice.

A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forums.

The Princess Bride.

Saving Private Ryan.

Moonstruck.

As Good as It Gets.

On Golden Pond.

Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. (really, anything with Paul Newman, one of the great human beings of all time)

Re: Do you have a movie to recommend?

Some off-beat movies that I really enjoyed:

The Darjeeling Limited

Constantine

Gone Baby Gone (wins the award for the scene that will stick in my mind forever - unfortunately it's a tragic one)

V for Vendetta

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind

And my all time guilty pleasure: Xanadu Smiley Happy

Edited because my typing is horrible tonight.

Loved Twilight and can not wait for New Moon to come out in November.  It will be the only movie I see in the theater.

What are these movies about?

Sounds very interesting. I have seen bits and pieces of "Saving Private Ryan" to gorry, "The Real Abraham Lincoln" "First Landing" "The French & Indian War" "JFK"
