I notice that bbcode [quote] [/quote] doesn't work here to quote text from another user.  I also notice that there is no quote icon button above this little text input box when I am writing a post.  Yet I see users quoting other users?  How do I insert a quote on this board?

When you hit reply from the message you want to quote, and the text box pops up, on the upper right corner there is a quote button.
