How do YOU manage your Credit Cards?

I just use Credit Karma mostly for that and log on to the sites every so often. Nothing fancy there and haven't missed a single payment to date.

You spreadsheet has too much useless info, for my taste and lacks some juicy stuff.  The only colums I have are:

- Name

- Balance

- Rewards presently accumulated

- Pending Column (different from pending from the bank perspective, who cares?  This is pending like if I know I am going to return something, I put here what I expect would be my credit for that.  Or if I did something for which the bank promised to send me a gift card a month from now, also goes in this column).

And that's it!

I have an a final column with the total addition of those other columns, so I can add that to the total columns of other cards and get my grand total debt.
