I'm 33, and I think I had my first CC when I was 18. I ended burning all lenders (I had Chase, Citi, Cap1, A&F, total of 10+ cards i think) in college years. Slowly but surely I see my credit being restored, as i see the scores continue to rise.
I got my first credit cards when I was 18. Pre approvals for Discover, JCP, Sears and then added a Home Depot.. Screwed them all up! Tried to start again around 27 but it went south again. Got divorced and recovering from all the credit woes I am now on a good track. I am 38 and haven't had a missed or late payment on my CR in 6 years.

I'm 44, got my first card at 19, a BankOne mastercard. I kept that card until I was about 30 through several different banks, but then it ended up with someone I didn't want to do business with, either wf or bofa, and I closed it. They tried to like triple my interest rate.
I thought you were in your 20s, too....like Lexie.
I'm 23.
First credit card was the Target store card just after I turned 18. I would've gone wild shopping with it (cute clothes become 10x more tempting when you first get some plastic, lol), but my mom was (thankfully) a hardass about making sure I paid my bills on time.
