How to Place Your Credit Cards in Your Signature

I couldn't find a sticky or thread on this but I would like to know how to add the nice little pictures of all the cards I have to my signature. If someone could link me to the right place I would greatly appreciate it. If not, can someone please provide the instructions on how to do it here?
