Then request a plastic version.  It's up to you to do whatever it is that works for you.

I didn't know this was possible. I hope selecting the plastic version sticks, as in, the next time I get a replacement due to fraud or expiration, it will be plastic and not metal.

Funny thing.  When I got my Ritz card I thought it was so cool because it was so heavy.  After hearing non-stop "its so heavy" from those ringing me up I actually quit using the damn card, it was that annoying.  I'll be closing it within the next month once the limit is transferred to my Marriott card.

Have you sent a Secure Message or made a phone call requesting a plastic Ritz card? It may work.

I don't pick cards based on how they 'feel', you never know before you apply anyway.  I pick cards based on usefulness for my spending and profile.

For a non metal card, the Venture is very nice.  Thick and very nicely made.

I think the CSP feels pretty damn good. If it's too heavy I think it's time to hit the gym.

When I first got my Marriott and United Club cards I was really impressed by the metal but now they are annoying.

the metal cards do not flex.

i keep my cards in a business card case so they are stacked.

when I try and pick one out the flexing of the cards helps to allow my fingers to get to the card I want.

now I have to keep the metal ones separate just so I can access the rest.

they also don't let my wallet flex right in my back pocket.
