Is it true that Bank of America does NOT charge any early closing fees?

Forgive me for asking,

I have BofA's "Personal Schedule of Fees" document on my computer, dated May 2014 (there latest version). No where does it mention a early closing fee for their Core Checking or Regular Savings.
