Of Course that goes without saying...But if you had to pick one, which is really over the top for the service you're getting, in your opinion?

My top 2 if I  could cut out would be gas and cable.

Rent here.  It's not even too much for me  (due to having 4 people in the apartment), but it seems like I will be renting forever.

Re: It's Just Too Damn High!!!

Tough to say, a majority of those are choices and not things you're 'stuck' with.

Uncle Sam would be #1 for me. Followed by food and gas.

Wallet: Chase $6,000 - Discover $1,500 - Walmart $2,200 - Voyage FCU $1,300 - Zales $2,300 - Elan Fin: $12,500(AU, reporting) - Chase $8,500 (AU, reporting) 1% UTL

^^^^^^

I pay my in laws health insurance at $700 a month ot $8,400 a year. I also give them (in laws)  $1000 a month or $12,000 a year and I give my mom $1,000 a month or 12,000 a year. These are too damn high for me but once you give people stuff, they come to expect it. I also pay their VSP vision insurance at $$33/month or $396 a year. I keep a list of all my expenses, some I can cut more easily than others (such as Lifelock or AAA, landline phone line with ATT), others I can't such as gas/food/electric bill, others I can cut but difficult, such as giving in laws $1000 a month and paying their health insurance, I can do it, but only when I can't afford it then I'll have a good reason to do so.

In total my annual expenses (not including everyday food, misc things I buy like clothes, etc) is $47,000 a year (including everying I mentioned above). This list I keep of expenses, I looked at what I can cut (whether it is easy or not, I can bring my expenses down to $16,000 a year instead if I don't worry about others and live frugally and cut cable, cell phone bills, life insurance premiums, etc).
