I got it when they first came out. They used to have an option to ask for CLI thru automated system I have had the card since 2001. I am one of them having both Target MC and Target Card. $20K is the max. for the Target MC.

You can't get t nowadays. I also have $10K Target Card. I don't think they allow you to have both cards.
