I was out yesterday doing a bit of holiday shopping and i have never been treated soo kindly and so promptly in all my years of going holiday shopping. I swear i felt like i had a black amex in my hand.
The customer service was outstanding where ever i went from macy's to barnes and noble. With one exception (star bucks you need to really look into your folks). And just to not give a wrong picture, think of a very harried jogging suit wearing lady looking for just the right thing for mom.
I had been feeling that the level of customer service was slipping all around. It was really making me rethink the definition of "customer service".
But kudos to all those really nice folks who helped me find some really nice things for my family i will definatly and go online and write your supervisors. Commisions all around!!!
