You know, I can't imagine what it would be like to work for FP as a customer service rep. I can't imagine alot of their customers are too happy to call up and get killed with fees for everything. Especially the 25% CLI fee. I wouldn't be surprised if they charged a pay by the minute phone fee to talk to a rep. (It would probably be higher than phone "chat" lines)
