King vs Queen

For your size id say its fine.  

(If you were as tall as me id say stay with a king as a queens few inches does make a huge difference but your size I think would be fine)

I went with the king Gel-memory foam.  Its supposed to be cooler than regular memory foam and very comfortable.  We will see.  It will be here on Saturday.

I had a King and and downsized to a Queen when we bought our new Ashley Sleep memory foam mattress. At the time, a king was just too big for our bedroom. Shortly after getting the queen, we moved to a different home where the master bedroom was considerably larger than the previous one. Now I wish I had bought another king mattress. Queen is fine, but sometimes I just want a little extra room to stretch out without bumping in to him.
