Las Vegas Airport question

I've got a long layover at LAS and was wondering if it is possible to get from the b gates to the d gates. I'm wanting to hang out in the centurion lounge. If so how? Also would you need to clear security. I've posted this question on flyer talk but I'm hoping someone on here might be able to help too.

It seems like you can go from B to D on that blue line but might be quite a pain in the butt to go there, and have to come back for your flight.
