Glad the New Yorker spoke up, California here and I feel your pain.

Normal housing is $1600/mth for 600sqft renting no w/d. All utilities to be paid by renter.

I neeeeed my CS to go up to buy a house seeing average is $500,000.

Min wage here is climbing to $15/hr soon though.

I will jab that my weather is Better though Smiley Wink

Crazy!! My mortgage is 900 a month and I own a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house here in south Fl. Although rent here runs anywhere from 1500 to 2000. People down here usually buy houses..its way cheaper than renting.
