It is Merrill Accolades card. I called around, but no one had any clues. I have to call a Merrill Lynch advisor. Maybe not worth the trouble now.

Is it plastic card? Looks like it has a metal tinge to it like CSP. Probably just lighting though, or my worthless eyes.
