The Gov can't catch all the scammers unfortunately they pop up every hour of the day and that old saying applies to these buyer beware before applying.
If it needs funding before you get results/loans should be a clear enough sign for anyone
Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?
