Barry. Thank you for everything. If it wasn't for this forum we wouldn't be sitting cozily in our new home right now, with my son enjoying his 14th birthday in his great bedroom with his friends...the 9 year old is drawing, and hubby is relaxing on the couch with the soothing sounds of Sportcenter in the background. The pug is chasing the bunny around the living room. I am enjoying the sounds of our very own sprinkler system with six different stations watering our very own lawn - a lawn and yard I am so excited to get up to every day. Gardening is a new passion, as never before would I waste the time working on someone else's yard.

If it wasn't for the myfico community, this moment would not be reality.
