It's funny...I went through multiple expensive wallets (Coach, LV, etc.) and none of them lasted. They either started falling apart, looking like poo, or (especially the Coach ones) wore down my credit cards so much that the began to crack up by the magnetic strip. It would start by scuffing the top (where they stick out of the sleeve) and eventually I had several cards actually crack and break along the top. It was the strangest thing, and only happened with my Coach wallets.
I then decided to buy a fairly cheap leather Nike wallet for like $30 and it's lasted me years. Still looks great and doesn't wear down my credit cards.
