Mine is actually a super soft leather business card holder by this co:

I've had it forever & it's held up remarkably well!  I think I got it for about $5 at office depot one day.  Dump table at the checkout counter.  Go figure!  I'm guessing I've used this for about 12 years & not even the stitching has worn yet.
