Surprises me that this happened, given that their call center is in India and most of their reps speak hardly any English. Most of my conversations are 90% spelling and repeating what I said 400x. It's not as bad as Equifax though....
If it really happened the way you describe, file a complaint with the Executive Office and note the person you spoke to and the date. They record all of their calls, so at the very least she'll get fired.
or wait to see if anything little changes in your account that you were not expecting. if that happens, take them to court. I would not even write a complain at this time even that means I can get reward from it. in the meantime, search for an attorney.
