There's a company that operates kiosks and ATM's in casinos (Global Cash Access, AKA Everi) that will let you advance your entire credit limit without a cash advance PIN for a fee. In theory, I could take my BoA cash rewards card and turn it into almost $30K in less than 5 minutes. Common sense keeps me from doing that, but there are a lot of people out there who have stupidly done this.

Wow.  I wonder if someone ever went FICO rogue and opened up bunch of credit cards, did this and split the country.  LOL I think BofA has a team that will travel the world and hunt them down or maybe a credit bounty hunter, mobile collection agencies if you will.
