PM's

This may be a dumb question? But as I read the posts I see a lot of times when some one asks for specific company info and some one will pm it to them and then it follows with several others asking for the same info.  Is there a reason that the info doesn't just get posted in the thread for all to see?

Re: PM's

Also, things mentioning a specific company for certain things, like a debt management pan, usually get bleeped....you can send in pm.
