I didn't know that. I am definitely praying for all concerned, from the victims all the way to the F.B.I. I hope they find who's responsible pronto! I imagine those physically uninjured may eventually suffer from post-traumatic stress. We may never know the true reaches of this terror.

Thanks for this ttread, LS! Whether it gets moved or not, I appreciate your posting about it.

Re: Prayers to Boston

CNN confirming 110. Injured. I hope every one of them have a speedy recovery.

This is just absolutely sickening. No regard for human life whatsoever.

If they catch these individual(s) I hope they are prosecuted to the full extent of federal law.

Re: Prayers to Boston

I have a friend that runs that marathon as well as others all across the country. I quickly checked on her.

My heart, blessing and prayers go out to all affected may God bless each and every one of you and your loved ones this day.

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Re: Prayers to Boston

And just because I forgot: if you are a pray-er, and are inclined, please say one for the emergency medical personnel (EMT/police/ fire dept) that responded. It is not an easy thing to process, and I can only imagine what those memories will be like for them once the adrenaline wears off.

Re: Prayers to Boston

I work close to there and the chaos was just sad. And couldn't get in touch with 3 of my friends who ran the marathon. Couldn't even get out of the city.

What a sad day in my city Smiley Sad
