Question about posting pictures / signature pictures

I cant seem to get any pictures to post in my signature or my posts. Is there some type of minimum post limit I have to achieve or something before it will work?

Is there some sort of special code needed to use besides regular html?

I saw a post saying there was a limit you  had to achieve on posts to be able to post sig pictures. Anyone offhand know what it is?

It is your member rank stopping you. It is not just by post count though. Other things like time online and number of logins play a role.
