I'm originally from Hawai'i (born and raised 18 years) and I don't think many people on these boards know what a myna bird is  For those of you who don't, it kind of looks like a little crow.

when i was younger, my brothers and i decided to watch The Thing , starring kurt russell.

there was one thrilling scene, and it was quiet, and just at the moment that the scene scared us, our refrigerator made a loud noise and stopped working.

i have never watched that entire movie and will never watch that movie again.  its been over 20 years, i just cant do it.

Really old movie that came out in 78.   The Manitou.  It doesn't get good reviews now but back then 2 grown men were afraid to go in the house alone after coming back from the theater.

Psycho or Jaws.

Psycho had me locking my bathroom door and peeking out of the curtains every once in a while.

Jaws made me never look at the ocean the same again. To this day, I'm scared of going underwater in even some videogames.
