Signature experts...please help

Below is the code I have in my signature.  Some of my cards are not showing up.  Previously they did show up, so I feel like the link address is correct.  Can anyone help me fix this?

Geez, that is a lot of cards. I think I can double my card count and still not need to shrink my signature yet haha
