Salary does suck. I'm technically hourly but I may as well be salary as I have stayed late to get some work done and have never seen a penny extra.
When I actually was salaried, that really sucked. I used to work 6 days a week, 12 hours a day for M-F, then half a day on Saturday plus some national holidays. My last salary job offered me a $15 raise a month to stay...that works out to pennies an hour. I laughed in their faces and said no.
