BUT, after having problems with TurboTax, I went to HR Block and the person there said I was supposed to get $2,400 back! Plus an additional $1,000 after they did a second-look on last year's return.
So I'm going to pay off my credit cards AND put some away for summer courses AND have some left over for savings! Very happy right now!

Straight to savings.
It will be deposited into savings and stay there!
A big chunk of it will go to paying Christmas off my credit cards and the rest is the start of a vacation savings for this summer!
Refund? What's that? I haven't seen one in 15 or more years. Single, house paid for, claiming single/0 and STILL had to pay. I had to take a job overseas just so I didn't have to pay income tax anymore.
