Use CC images for "elite" card?

Instead of spending the high AFs and needing a hefty income, can't one jus use things like CapOne's image card and make a black card or some other type of elite status card?

Has anyone tried this and does anyone have any good examples I could use?

I made one that I'm thinking about trying to he approved for use but I'm not sure how it works or mainly, if it'll come out looking okay.

cap1 wont let you use images of another card, and to UL an image to your post click the "insert image" button (9th button from the left on the second row) and then you can upload either from your computer, or using a link.
