V/MC: holographic magnetic stripe

Does any V/MC have them? Every AmEx/Discover card does. Is there a reason V/MC have been slow to implement the holographic magnetic stripe? Just wondering :smileyvery-happy:

First Command Bank Visa used to have it.

I remember Visa tried to do it a while back, but pulled the plug because of difficulties. Whatever that means.

 

I use a company AMEX with a Holomag...and its worn out beyond belief lemme tell ya.
