VERIZON AGAIN!!!!

I am signed up for e-mail statements and most of

the time they forget to notify me and charge me

a late fee.

This month they did both.  Notified me on-line

and sent a statement in regular mail with about

10 pieces of paper with it.

So much for my trying to save trees.

Cap One was even worse.

I pay mine out of a CC. It drafts automatically, and so far, so good.

casinoannie, i'm having the same problem with getting email notifications from Best Buy and Saks.

Dunno if this helps, but here's how the e-mail address shows up on my Verizon notifications:

AccountNotify@verizonwireless.com <eAccountNotify@verizonwireless.com>

I don't know if that will help in searching through your e-mails.
